What are some good "feel good" and "cheer up" sort of songs?

My friend is currently very ill and bed ridden and I want to make her
a little get well package including a mix cd. I'd like to put some
nice feel good and cheer up songs. I'd prefer some classics, older
songs as she is not really familiar with a lot of American or modern
